About the project

Visual Pathy VR Art Exhibition is a digital exhibition platform designed to transform physical art shows into immersive online experiences. Instead of treating online exhibitions as simple documentation of gallery spaces, the project explores how digital exhibitions can become standalone artistic experiences through narrative structure, attention design, and interactive storytelling.

Many young curators host short term exhibitions in remote locations due to limited resources, which often leads to low visibility and minimal audience reach. At the same time, existing online exhibitions frequently lack immersive depth. This project addresses both challenges by translating niche physical shows into engaging digital experiences that guide audience attention through visual rhythm, spatial storytelling, and curated interaction.

As the sole product designer, I collaborated closely with the startup founder to define the product vision, design guidelines, and platform strategy based on research insights and market analysis. I led rapid prototyping and iterative design cycles, facilitated workshops with stakeholders to align on product opportunities, and delivered the full website experience. Within a two week design sprint, I designed more than 20 interfaces and established the foundation for an immersive digital exhibition system that expands the reach of independent curators while redefining how audiences experience art online.
