An AI-native brand identity

About the project

In 2025, Validation Cloud pivoted into an AI‑first, Web3 innovation startup focused on serving large financial institutions, and the existing brand no longer reflected this new direction.

I led the full Mavrik rebranding, including the new visual identity, product logo, and redesigns of the homepage and Mavrik product page. The updated visual language uses a limited black‑and‑white palette, with color and gradients applied selectively to CTAs and key highlights, and introduces light and glass effects to emphasize a more technological, futuristic feel. We rolled out the new branding to high‑impact surfaces first and took a modular, gradual approach to implementation to better express our institutional, formal, and AI‑centric positioning.

As part of this work, I also designed an internal Claude Skill that enables the BD and Marketing teams to independently generate on‑brand sales and marketing materials. This experiment helped scale the new visual and verbal identity beyond the design team and made it easier for non‑design stakeholders to stay aligned with the brand.
