Staking is an institutional-grade platform designed to help asset managers track, manage, and report staking performance across multiple blockchains and wallets within a single unified interface. The product was launched in 2024 to fill a critical usability gap in the Web3 ecosystem: the lack of consolidated, secure, and user-friendly staking tools tailored for enterprise needs.

Built for professionals overseeing high-value digital assets, the dashboard dramatically reduces time spent on portfolio monitoring and reporting from 8+ hours to under a minute. The platform has driven over $1B in assets staked and achieved 400% year over year growth.

As the sole designer, I led the end to end product experience across more than six major iterations, defining product strategy, UX architecture, onboarding, analytics, reporting, and staking workflows. I translated complex Web3 operations including staking, unstaking, restaking, and digital asset management into clear, intuitive experiences for institutional users.
