Shulex Design System was a two week design consulting engagement focused on establishing a scalable foundation for a globally distributed product. Shulex serves customers across Asia, North America, and Europe, where language, reading patterns, and tolerance for information density vary significantly. The system was designed within this cross cultural context.

As a Design Consultant, I set up the core framework including tokens, typography scales, layout logic, and modular UI kits. Beyond visual consistency, the system was structured to support flexible information density, localization, and culturally adaptive layouts. This allowed the same components to produce different expressions depending on language and regional expectations.

Given the short timeline, I prioritized sustainability. I authored detailed guidance on maintenance, extension principles, and localization strategies, ensuring in house designers could adapt the system across multilingual and multi market environments without fragmenting the visual identity.
