About the project
Archer is a pre-seed Web3 and AI startup building a natural language execution layer for decentralized applications. I designed its Design OS: one system that shipped everything from the branding to the website to the product MVP and the pitch deck.
I led design and content strategy end to end, from 0 to 1. The website became the company's first public-facing touchpoint, combining a bold, futuristic brand with a structured content framework for SEO and AI indexing. The result increased early visibility and improved organic search performance.
Role: Founding Designer

Outputs
4 things one system ships
01Brand identity
A bold, futuristic brand system: the logo, colour and type the rest is built from.

02Website
Archer's first public-facing touchpoint, designed and written from 0 to 1: landing pages on a structured content framework for SEO and AI indexing (the C.L.E.A.R. content model), the same system across desktop and mobile.

03Ship Product MVP
Natural language search across Web3 on the web, and the wallet, portfolio and swap flows on mobile, from the same components.
04Slides
The pitch deck: problem, product, market, roadmap and business model, on brand.
One entry, multiple skills
One task, one entry. Each skill carries the system's rules with it.
